How we choose our coffee
We buy from producers and cooperatives in five countries, and we taste each coffee before it reaches the shelf. If a coffee is not delicious, it does not get a bag.
We roast in small batches so every bag is fresh. Each label tells you the origin, altitude, processing and roast level, so you know exactly what you are drinking.
