Dan and Tracy Swanson, disguised as a harmless husband and wife team, work side by side to accomplish the daily tasks at the roastery. They'll tell you "We have always been a team, working together for over 26 years. We can't imagine it any other way!" For 18 of those years they were award-winning landscape contractors in Southern California, building some of the most prestigious designs, both residential and commercial. Tracy enjoyed design and contract negotiations, while Dan handled operations and managed the crew. Now, at Avion Coffee, they champion that same idea of excellence by roasting the best coffee you'll ever drink! |

Quality Coffee Institute Certified Q Grader IASC Certified Barista Licensed Pilot with FAA Certified Coffee Lover (Hannah wishes this was a real certification) When Hannah is not busy being a wife, a mother, and a freelance graphic designer she enjoys spending time in her garden, milking goats, and chasing chickens. Hannah owns and operates a thriving CSA farm that provides homegrown food for local families. Hannah has been involved in the coffee industry for over 10 years doing everything from coffee importation to pulling shots. Elle Swanson, with an eye on the market, and her expertise in corporate and technology sales, she brings great insight into the mix. She keeps it light and positive with her unpretentious approach. But don't be fooled, Elle can lift a bucket of beans as well as any of them! An avid coffee lover and accomplished barista, she loves to be in the roasting room where all the excitement is. |
